Terms and conditions
The terms that apply when you use this website, ask for a valuation or sell us your vehicle.
About us
These terms cover the website sellanycarlondon.com and vehicles sold to Sell Any Car. You can contact us on 07773 113696 or at info@sellanycarlondon.com.
Valuations and offers
A valuation is free and you don't have to sell. Any figure we give you is based on what you tell us about the vehicle, including the mileage, condition, MOT status, service history and any finance.
An offer lasts for the period we tell you when we make it. We may change or withdraw an offer if the vehicle is materially different from your description when we inspect it. Examples are undisclosed damage or faults, warning lights, a different mileage, missing keys or documents, or finance you didn't mention. If that happens we'll explain why before the sale goes ahead, and you can say no.
Your responsibilities as the seller
By selling a vehicle to us you confirm that:
- you're the registered keeper, or the owner has authorised you to sell it
- the vehicle isn't stolen, and you've told us about any outstanding finance, which must be paid off as part of the sale
- what you've told us is accurate and complete as far as you know
- you'll provide the V5C logbook (or the details we need to go ahead without it), photo ID, proof of address and all the keys you have
Collection and payment
We collect at a time agreed with you. Ownership passes to us when we've paid you the agreed price, or, if there's finance, when the lender has been paid the settlement figure and any balance has been paid to you.
Please remove your belongings, unpair your phone, and cancel any parking permits and TfL Auto Pay for the vehicle. The DVLA must be told about the change of keeper. We'll go through the V5C with you on the day.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time before collection at no cost. Once the vehicle has been collected and you've been paid, the sale is complete.
Liability
We take reasonable care in providing our service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Your statutory rights are not affected.
