Sell your high-mileage car in London
Big miles put a lot of buyers off. A well-kept car with 120,000 on the clock can still be worth decent money, so tell us the reg and mileage and see.
- We come to you, at home or at work
- Any car, in any condition
- Price agreed before we travel
- Open 24 hours, 7 days a week
Mileage is only part of the story
Modern cars cope with far more than 100,000 miles. Commuters on the M25, private hire drivers, sales reps and families who drive out of London all add miles fast. Mileage does lower the value, but condition and maintenance matter as much.
Some dealers have a mileage cut-off for part-exchange and won't make a sensible offer above it. We look at each car separately.
What keeps the price up
- A service history. Stamped book, invoices or a digital record from the dealer.
- Proof the cambelt has been done at the right interval, if your car has one. It's a big bill the next owner won't face.
- Recent work such as a clutch, tyres, brakes or a new DPF.
- A clean MOT history without a long list of advisories.
Give us the real number
Read the mileage off the dashboard on the day you fill in the form. It's recorded at every MOT and we'll check it when we collect, so an accurate figure now means no surprises later.
Ex-minicabs and company cars
We buy former private hire cars, fleet cars and company cars. If yours was used for private hire, say so, and mention any signage or equipment still fitted.
How it works
Step 1: Get your valuation
Enter your reg and mileage, then check the car's details. It takes about a minute.
Step 2: We confirm your offer
Someone on our team looks over the details and confirms a price with you before anyone travels.
Step 3: We collect from you
Pick a time. We come to your home, your work or wherever the car is parked.
Step 4: Get paid
We check the car matches what you told us, you sign the paperwork, and we pay you the agreed price.
High mileage FAQs
Is there a maximum mileage?
No. We buy cars with 150,000, 200,000 miles and more.
Does the service history really matter?
Yes, more so at high mileage. A full record and a cambelt receipt can lift the price noticeably.
Do you buy ex-taxis?
Yes. Tell us how it was used and what's still fitted.
High mileage and no MOT. Will you still buy it?
Yes. If it can't be driven legally, we'll collect it on a transporter.
